High-volume part flow
Automatic loading, walking-beam transfer, and unloading keep pipe moving between straightening and downstream cutting or end forming. No crane wait time, no manual lifting between cycles.
Our copper pipe straightening machine is built for shops that move high volumes of large-diameter tube. Send us a pipe sample, and we will run it through the automatic measuring and point-pressure correction cycle. You get measured straightness data, not a brochure. If you are fighting copper pipe longer than 6 m or over 80 mm OD, we want to see it: long tube often bends under its own weight before it even reaches the press, so we measure supported, not free-hanging.
Our copper pipe straightening machine is an automatic press-type correction system for copper tube and pipe used in liquid cooling, heat exchange, HVAC, and industrial fluid lines. It loads tube, measures actual deflection at multiple points along the length, and applies point-pressure correction without adding scratches or indentation. Straightness accuracy is set per job: the tighter the tube's base condition, the finer the result. Long, heavy copper pipe deflects under its own weight between supports, so we set support spacing and target tolerance together for realistic values. One operator can keep multiple machines running because the control closes the loop between measurement and press force; you do not need an experienced straightening hand at each unit.

These numbers define what the machine moves: large-diameter pipe in high volume. We quote each model around your tube OD, wall thickness, and required straightness before mechanical work starts.
Accuracy is not one fixed number. A shorter, stiffer copper pipe holds a tighter tolerance. A long thin-wall pipe deflects under its own weight; we specify support spacing and acceptable straightness for that condition. When the tube diameter changes from one batch to the next, the operator selects the recipe on the HMI and swaps support centers. The machine runs the new program without recalibration. That is the throughput part: less standing time, more straight pipe per shift.
Automatic loading, walking-beam transfer, and unloading keep pipe moving between straightening and downstream cutting or end forming. No crane wait time, no manual lifting between cycles.
Heavy top beam and servo-hydraulic press handle copper pipe and thick-wall tube without marking or dimensional distortion. Clamping force follows the tube diameter, so you do not crush the wall.
Measures along the full length, so you correct true high points instead of reacting to one visible bend. The system logs every measurement point for that work order.
No rollers drag across the copper surface. The press contacts only the high point, so there are no scratches or indentations. That protects raw material finish for brazing or plating.
Our straightening machine builds a model per batch and compensates spring-back, which cuts rework on long production runs. The AI self-learning loop updates after each corrected piece.
One operator can manage multiple machines. MES connectivity gives you cycle counts, straightness logs, and OEE data, so you know exactly when a batch falls out of tolerance.

Our straightening machine uses point-pressure correction, not roll straightening. That protects copper pipe surfaces. The QASS crack detection option checks material integrity while the press works. For a typical copper pipe line, we size the hydraulic unit for the largest OD you run, then set the control to reduce force for smaller-diameter tubes automatically. That prevents over-press and keeps cycle times short.
Data center liquid cooling is the first place we see this machine earn its floor space. Server cold plates and manifolds need straight copper pipe in high volume. Heat exchanger and HVAC shops face the same demand: large-diameter tube that has to be straight before brazing. We have seen this machine replace manual straightening stations in shops that were reworking 15–20% of copper pipe after cutting. With automatic multi-point measurement, the press corrects the high point before it becomes scrap. That is the day-to-day difference: less scrap, faster fit-up, fewer straightening operators.
Straightens copper pipe for server cold plates, manifolds, and distribution lines where flatness and fit-up matter.
Keeps large-diameter cooling tubes straight before bending and welding in battery pack assembly.
Corrects long copper tubing used in chillers and condenser coils, reducing fit-up time at brazing stations.
Processes copper pipe for shell-and-tube and plate-fin units where tube straightness affects thermal contact.
Handles copper pipe for generator cooling loops and auxiliary heat rejection systems.
