Our Story
Founded in 2008 in Tengzhou, Shandong — one of China’s premier machine-tool manufacturing hubs — ShangDa began with a focused mission: to build automatic hydraulic straightening machines that outperform anything on the market.
What started as a specialized workshop has grown into a 5,000-square-meter facility employing 157 people, including 15 in-house R&D staff and 9 external subject-matter experts. We have completed 25 technology transformations, secured 28 utility-model patents, and have 6 invention patents under review, plus one software copyright.
Our philosophy is straightforward — precision, durability, and accountability in every machine that leaves our floor. We serve manufacturers across aerospace, automotive parts, construction machinery, and metalworking, helping them reduce scrap rates, cut labor costs, and achieve consistent straightening results.

Self-Learning Smart System

ShangDa straightening systems are already deployed across multiple enterprise manufacturing lines, military supply-chain facilities, and government-sector workshops throughout China. Several of our design innovations — including the self-calibrating sensor array and the adaptive press control logic — fill technical gaps that previously had no domestic solution.

Gantry Servo-Electric
Designed for straightening shafts, lead screws, and round bars. Fully automatic with integrated loading/unloading — handles high-volume production with one operator managing multiple stations.
C-Frame Automatic
Versatile C-frame design for shafts, tubes, and structural profiles. CNC-controlled with one-button operation — no skilled operator needed. High-precision sensors ensure repeatable accuracy.
Moving Gantry Frame
Purpose-built for extra-long workpieces: large steel pipes, oil-drill rods, seamless tubes, and solid bars. Multiple distributed sensors scan along the full length while the gantry travels automatically.
Global Reach
We hold direct foreign-trade rights and have exported straightening solutions to manufacturers across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Every international shipment includes on-site commissioning support and remote technical backup.
